Saharawi students in Marrakech

Sharawi students in Marrakech University are still countinuing their struggle protesting against those cruel attacks they have been suffering since the 06th of April , in order that the Moroccan government will stop any Saharawi activities in Moroccan Universities.

In addition to the Manifestations and Marchs Saharawi students have been staging to liberate their friend the political prisoner
Khalihina AbuAlhassan ( the photo) who was arrested after a sit-in in the campus on the 13 of April at 05:30 in the morning.
Saharawi students staged another sit-in ( sleeping the nights on the ground ) in the campus for 48 hours, from the 22nd April till the 24.
Demanding the Moroccan autorities to reliease with no conditions the political prisoner and the student Khalihina AbuAlhassan.
During the sit-in in the campus on Wednesday, the 23rd April at 17:30 , one of the Saharawi students whose name is Haddi Yarba was attacked by that Moroccan group , he recieved a seriouse blow on the head by a stone.
The student Haddi Yarba is 26 years old studing Sociology the 2nd year in the University of Marrakech.
He spent two days at the hospital then was sent to a clinic for a special care, he has a blood clot in the brain.
Haddy Yarba is now out of the hospital but still has difficulties to speak.
In addition to the threatening that Saharawi students recieved if they countinue their way in struggling, as an example the Saharawi student and HR deffender Rabab Amidane recieved phone calls on Saturday to be attacked and kidnapped if she doesnt stop her activities.
The Moroccan autorities are now kidnapping Saharawi students activists, as they had done last years.
On Friday Evening the 25th April , the Moroccan Intelligence arrested the Saharawi student Baihada Loujaj in the train station of Marrakech immediately after he came down from the train. The Saharawi student Baihada Loujaj is 26 years old , has a bachelor in Law International relations and now he is preparing his Master in intern administration at the University of Statt.
He came frome Statt to join his friends the Saharawi students in their struggle to liberate the Saharawi student and political prisoner Khalihina AbuAlhassan.
The disapeared Saharawi student Baihada Loujaj was kidnapped because he is politically activist and always participates in peaceful Demonstrations calling for the Saharawi right to Self-Determination and full Independence.
Baihada Loujaj was released after 4 days under torture and cruel interogation in a sucret jail in Marrakech. He was sent to the sity of Statt where he studies.
